Yes. ARIELLE.R uses Japanese Akoya pearls sourced through suppliers in Japan. Pieces are designed, selected, inspected, and crafted in Japan.

Yes. Cultured pearls are genuine pearls produced by a living oyster. They are different from imitation pearls made from glass, shell, or plastic coatings.

Each Akoya piece is supplied with its own report document; the supplied document defines what was examined. Ask us about a specific piece before ordering.

Smaller sizes feel lighter and more understated; larger sizes create more presence. Size alone does not determine quality. Our Akoya Pearl Guide covers sizes step by step.

In-stock pieces are normally dispatched within 7 business days. Custom work normally requires 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Courier delivery after dispatch is usually estimated at 2–5 business days, but is not guaranteed.

U.S. orders of $80 or more ship free. U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid: applicable import duties are included, not collected at delivery.

Eligible earrings may be returned only if unworn with seals intact; request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Yes, including pearl-selection and gift consultations. Scope, materials, price, timing, and final-sale terms are confirmed before a custom order is accepted.

Put pearls on after cosmetics have dried. Remove them before bathing, swimming, exercise, sleep, or cleaning. Wipe with a very soft cloth after wear and never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners.
