<h1>Refund Policy</h1><p>We want you to consider your purchase carefully. Eligible items may be returned when a request is made within <strong>30 days after delivery</strong>.</p><h2>Eligibility</h2><p>To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received. Return it with all tags, original packaging, proof of purchase, every laboratory report and certificate, gifts, accessories, and branded items supplied with the order.</p><p>Earrings must be unworn, and any hygiene seal or protective packaging must remain intact. Items returned late, worn, altered, incomplete, or without the corresponding report may be ineligible.</p><h2>Final-sale items</h2><p>Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly fulfilled, or a return is required by applicable law.</p><h2>How to start a return</h2><p>Email <a href="mailto:support@arieller.com">support@arieller.com</a> within 30 days after delivery with your order number and reason for return. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions. When we issue a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.</p><p>If we confirm that the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled, ARIELLE.R will cover the authorized return shipping cost. When our label is used correctly, ARIELLE.R assumes the transit risk for the authorized return, subject to carrier acceptance and investigation.</p><h2>Refunds</h2><p>We inspect returned items within 7 days of receipt. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.</p><ul><li>No restocking fee is charged for an eligible return.</li><li>Original outbound shipping paid on an eligible full return is refunded.</li><li>Import duties, customs charges, VAT, and other government charges are not refundable when they cannot be recovered.</li><li>Missing reports, certificates, accessories, gifts, or packaging may make a return ineligible or reduce the refundable amount where permitted by law.</li></ul><h2>Exchanges</h2><p>We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item first and place a new order after the return has been accepted.</p><h2>Order cancellation</h2><p>You may request cancellation within <strong>24 hours after placing the order</strong>. Cancellation is not guaranteed if preparation, custom work, laboratory submission, or dispatch has already begun.</p><h2>Damaged, defective, or incorrect items</h2><p>Contact us within <strong>24 hours of delivery</strong> at <a href="mailto:support@arieller.com">support@arieller.com</a> with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the complete parcel until we confirm the next step.</p><p>This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.</p>
