Prices for the U.S. market are displayed in U.S. dollars.</p><h2>Charges in addition to the product price</h2><p>Shipping for U.S. orders below $80 is shown at checkout. U.S. orders of $80 or more ship free. Applicable state or local sales tax may be collected at checkout.</p><p>U.S. orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. Applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the price or collected at checkout, as applicable.</p><h2>Delivery</h2><p>Orders are dispatched from Osaka, Japan. In-stock products are normally dispatched within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and additional-report requests normally require 2–3 weeks before dispatch.</p><p>Delivery after dispatch is normally estimated at 2–5 business days by courier, but timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier capacity, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.</p><h2>Payment methods and timing</h2><p>Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and currently include Shop Pay and PayPal where available. Payment is charged when the order is placed.</p><h2>Cancellation</h2><p>Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation is not guaranteed after preparation, custom work, laboratory submission, or dispatch has begun.</p><h2>Returns and exchanges</h2><p>Request an eligible return by emailing support@arieller.com within 30 days after delivery. Prior authorization is required. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with the original packaging, reports, certificates, gifts, accessories, and proof of purchase.</p><p>Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order items are final sale except where defective, damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Direct exchanges are not offered.</p><h2>Return shipping and refunds</h2><p>The customer is responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return. ARIELLE.R covers authorized return shipping when an item is confirmed defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled.</p><p>Returned items are inspected within 7 days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.
