Welcome to ARIELLE.R Jewelry. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ARIELLE.R Jewelry, operated by Masakiyo Co., Ltd. (正清株式会社).

ARIELLE.R Jewelry operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). ARIELLE.R Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately in our online store. However, colors, scale, and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen because of your device, display settings, lighting conditions, or other technical factors.

Cultured pearls and natural gemstones may display inherent variations in color, luster, surface characteristics, shape, and size. Such natural variation is part of the character of these materials and does not by itself constitute a defect.

Where applicable, the relevant product page identifies the materials, pearl type, metal content, dimensions, and other material characteristics of the item. If a pearl, gemstone, or other component has received a treatment that requires disclosure, we will disclose that information in the applicable product description.

All descriptions, prices, and availability of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section limits our obligation to deliver products as described or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance.

We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order by contacting us at support@arieller.com. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, prepared for shipment, shipped, or—where applicable—once work on a custom or made-to-order item has begun.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at checkout.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the item ordered, or where a return or refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping charges.

For orders shipped to the United States, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the price or clearly displayed and collected at checkout, as applicable. You will not be required to pay additional import duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If a promotion’s specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment-card information, so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

  2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

  4. You will pay all charges at the prices shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched from Osaka, Japan.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page:

  • Regular in-stock products generally require approximately 2–3 days of processing before dispatch.

  • Custom and made-to-order products generally require approximately 1–2 weeks of processing before dispatch.

Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and import taxes are handled on a DDP basis as described in Section 4.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product photographs, product reviews, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to ARIELLE.R Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. ARIELLE.R Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with ARIELLE.R Jewelry.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ARIELLE.R Jewelry, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased through our store.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions between you and ARIELLE.R Jewelry, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
